On 12 Jun 2022, 2nd AGM of ODCA was held at Chandaka Estate under the aegis of President Shri Bikramjit Mahala. Around 13 members including the Secretary and Treasures assembked for the meeting. ODCA formally incorporated the By-Laws and welcomed Cdr Dwiti Krishna Mishra (Retd) as the Vice Chairman of the Association. The aim is to inculcate the Sportsmanship amongst the Specially abled and improve earning opportunities for the capable Cricketers, who will be nutured for participating in Team India. Under the directions of IDCA conduct of “2nd Test National Cricket Championship for Deaf” ( Odisha Vs West Bengal) will be held in September/October, 2022 at KIITS Ground, Bhubaneswar.
